As Production Manager, I oversaw the full creative and production process of this award-winning CGI film, developed to emotionally showcase a luxury architectural development in Kelowna, Canada through cinematic storytelling. I was responsible for:

• Production Oversight: Managed a multi-disciplinary team of 3D artists, animators, and editors, ensuring seamless execution across departments.

• Client Communication: Acted as the key point of contact, facilitating feedback rounds and aligning client expectations with creative output.

• Timeline & Delivery: Led the project from concept through delivery under a high-pressure timeline, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage.

This project was designed not just as a visual piece, but as a strategic marketing tool, blending high-end CGI, narrative rhythm, and architectural detail to create an emotional connection with the viewer.
